Interest in development and acquisitions complimented by knowledge of urban design, architectural history, and construction materials. Consistently analyzing the impact technology has on the real estate industry and how new technologies can increase efficiencies and develop strategies for integration.

Matt has a B.A. in Economics and B.F.A. in Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Also an MBA from Boston University School of Management.
